However, Aaron recommends digging into them for more details. The agent should ask questions such as where she plans to move. Suppose she answers in Brisbane, ask her for the exact location. Again, hypothetically speaking, she could say suburb. Then ask him the reason for his choice. At this point, she might respond that this is the perfect place for her child’s education.
This is an extremely advantageous position for the agent, as he has a better chance of pocketing Kelly’s business. Aaron further explained, “What’s going to be a stronger reason for them to want to sign up with me – the fact that I’m going to walk around their current home to sell it, knowing that I might bring her son in the education she always dreamed of, or just another agent trying to sell something? ”
